Education
Every family sees it.
Graduations, concerts, plays, and promotion ceremonies: the moments your school produces all year, streamed and recorded so every family can be there, whether they're in the third row or three time zones away. Fixed-price quotes for schools and districts across New Jersey and the region.
The problems we take off your plate
You've lived the bad version. The graduation stream freezes during the valedictorian's speech and the phones start ringing Monday. Grandparents in Florida watch a sideways cell phone feed of the winter concert. Every one of these becomes your problem, and none of them is your job. We make them our job: produced streams built to stay up, audio you can actually hear, recordings delivered in the format you need, and a crew that shows up on your calendar, event after event.
What we produce
Every production includes operated or preset cameras, program audio, a monitored stream, a full recording delivered to the school, and an engineer responsible for the signal start to finish.
Graduations and promotion ceremonies
Commencement produced with multiple cameras and real audio. The name is read, the camera is on your student, and the stream holds.
Concerts, plays, and arts events
Ensemble audio that does the performers justice, switched multi-camera coverage, and a recording the program keeps.
Signing days and school ceremonies
Produced and streamed for the families and the record, with school branding and name graphics.
Board of education meetings
That's our government and public-meeting service — the same compliance-aware workflow we run for municipalities, with clear trustee audio and recordings in the format your district requires. See the government page.
Athletics
Produced game broadcasts with replay and scorebugs for playoffs, rivalries, and senior nights are their own service with their own packages. See school and college athletics.
What we bring
Cameras
Operated broadcast cameras plus PTZ systems for auditoriums and positions a crew can't stand in.
Audio
Podium, stage, and ensemble microphones mixed by a Dante-certified engineer, for the room and the stream separately.
Switching and graphics
A TD cutting between the stage, the graduates, and the families, with school branding, name titles, and program information on screen.
Streaming and connectivity
Delivery to YouTube, your district site, or your platform, with gated streams where policy requires, over bonded cellular backup — because a stadium full of families on the guest network is exactly when school Wi-Fi gives up.
Recording
Full recordings delivered in the format your district needs, for the archive and the families who ask.
How we produce it
The owned capability stack behind this work, each documented in depth.
Multi-Camera Production
The switched program feed. A technical director cuts your show in real time.
Live Streaming
Professional streams that hold, delivered wherever your audience watches.
PTZ Camera Systems
Cameras where crews can't stand, controlled from the switcher.
Audio Production
The room mix and the broadcast mix, treated as two different jobs.
Post-Event Editing
Recaps, clips, and replay masters cut from the broadcast you already paid for.
What happens after you request a quote
- 01
Within one business day
A real person replies. Usually faster.
- 02
A 15-minute call
The event, the venue, and your audience. You ask us anything.
- 03
The walk-through
Free, at your school. We map cameras, audio, and connectivity, and plan the rain venue in the same visit.
- 04
Your plan and fixed price, in writing
One number, formatted for a purchase order. W-9 and COI included with the paperwork.
- 05
You book the date
From there, everything on this page is our job. Graduation dates are first come, first served — spring weekends are shared by every district in the region.
Why AVP.Live
Before every event, an engineer plans the signal path: every input, every backup, every failure point. A graduation happens once. There is no second take, so we build for the failure before it happens.
Engineered for one-take events
Graduations and concerts don't repeat. Redundant connectivity, backup encoders, and parallel recordings come standard on the events that can't be redone.
Fixed prices, clean paperwork
One number per event or per year, in writing. Fully insured, W-9 and COI with the quote, vendor registration handled. Your business office will not have to chase us.
One crew, three lanes
Ceremonies here, board meetings under our government service, athletics under its own — the same accountable team across all three, and one contract for the year if you'd rather book it once.
Built to come back
A crew that already knows your auditorium, your staff, and your schedule is the cheapest insurance a school event can have. We plan every engagement to be rebookable, and the run-of-show stays on file for next year.
Know what you're hiring
A parent with a camera means well. A videographer delivers a nice file two weeks after the families wanted to watch live. A rental setup leaves your IT staff running a stream on the busiest day of their year. A produced school event is real audio, operated cameras, a monitored stream with a backup path, and a recording your district keeps. If your event honestly needs less, we'll say so on the first call.

10 stars! Working with Anthony and VJ is incredible! They ACTUALLY work WITH you. They ask all the right questions to get the vision of what you want to do and they make it come to Life in the cleanest, most professional way.
Working with AVP has been an absolute pleasure!! We have done 5 events with them so far and the production vaule has gone up everytime. If its the video / production its self or the easy access for all of our fans and customers access to tickets and streams. AVP is a must have for any event in the area
I recently had the pleasure of working with AVP.Live for both my marketing needs and live stream events, and I must say, they are absolutely the best in the business! Their team is not only extremely professional but also incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Anthony and Valentine are must haves for your content creation needs. Each summer I host a large boat party (Over 100 people) in which they capture a recap video and professional photos for and they are just the best. They arrive timely to your event and in terms of turnaround on deliverables, they far exceed your deadlines.
What moves the price
Schools budget with purchase orders, so we quote like it: a fixed written number per event or per school year, with W-9 and COI attached. What moves it:
- The venue: an auditorium, a gym, and a stadium plan different cameras, audio, and connectivity.
- Camera count, and whether positions are operated or preset PTZ.
- Audio scope: a podium is one job; a full ensemble concert is another.
- A second ceremony the same day, which prices at a reduced rate because the build is already standing.
- Annual bundles: ceremonies, board-meeting coverage, and marquee athletics on one contract cost less than booking each alone.
Rates on request. Call (848) 279-9164 and you will get a straight number on the phone, not a form and a follow-up email.
Common questions
+When should we book graduation?
As soon as your date is set, ideally by early winter. Spring Saturdays are shared by every district in the region, and we book them in the order requests arrive.
+What happens if it rains?
We plan both venues. If your ceremony can move to the gym, our camera and audio plan moves with it, and that's decided in the walk-through, not on the morning of.
+Can families watch from anywhere?
Yes. We stream to YouTube or your district site, watchable on any phone, tablet, or TV. Families overseas and relatives who can't travel watch live, and the recording stays available afterward.
+Can the stream be private?
Yes. If district policy requires it, we run gated or unlisted streams and restrict replay access the same way.
+Do we get recordings?
Always. Full recordings in the format your district needs, for your archive, your records process, and the families who ask for a copy.
+How does payment work for a district?
Fixed written quotes formatted for purchase orders. W-9 and COI with the paperwork, vendor registration completed, and annual contracts available if you'd rather book the year once.
+Can you cover our board of education meetings?
Yes, under our government and public-meeting service: clear audio for every trustee and speaker, reliable public streaming, and recordings in the format your district requires. It runs on your meeting calendar without further coordination from your staff.
+Do you produce our games too?
Yes. Playoff, rivalry, and senior night broadcasts with replay and scorebugs are their own service with their own packages. See the school and college athletics page for the full picture.
