Getting there. This is home. Our studio is at 590 Park Ave, Suite 1C, off Route 9 and minutes from the Garden State Parkway.
Freehold is our base, so a Freehold job has no travel window and no equipment staging problem. If something is needed mid-event, it is a ten minute round trip to the shop rather than a phone call to a rental house.

Getting there. Straight up the Garden State Parkway or the Turnpike, roughly an hour from Freehold outside of rush hour.
Newark sits under Newark Liberty's controlled airspace, so any drone work here needs LAANC authorization before the date and some grids near the field require a manual waiver. Worth flagging at booking rather than on the morning of.

Getting there. Turnpike north to the 14 interchanges, about an hour. Dock and freight-elevator windows matter more than drive time here.
Jersey City is a loading dock problem, not a distance problem. Most of the waterfront office towers restrict freight elevator access to specific hours and require certificates of insurance filed in advance. We ask for the building's vendor requirements at booking, because getting turned away at the dock is the one delay you cannot produce around.

Getting there. Route 18 north, about 30 minutes. One of the shortest runs we make.
New Brunswick is dense with hospital, university, and pharma events, which pushes a lot of jobs toward compliance recording and secure or password-protected streams rather than public broadcast. Plan the access model before the camera plan.

Getting there. Route 33 west or I-195, roughly 45 minutes.
State government work in Trenton comes with public-meeting requirements: open access, retained recordings, and often a captioning obligation. That is a streaming architecture decision, not an afterthought, and it is worth settling before anyone talks about camera counts.

Getting there. Twenty minutes up Route 79 and Route 35. Effectively a local job.
Red Bank is close enough that we can do a proper site survey in advance without it costing a day, which is the single biggest predictor of whether an event day goes smoothly. For anything in Monmouth County we will just go look at the room.

Getting there. Route 9 south or the Parkway, about 35 minutes.
Ocean County skews toward school, municipal, and house-of-worship work, and a large share of memorial streaming here is for families spread between New Jersey and Florida. That geography is exactly why the recording matters as much as the live stream.

Getting there. I-195 west to Route 70, about an hour and fifteen. Our usual staging point for Philadelphia metro work.
Cherry Hill is where we base for South Jersey and Philadelphia metro jobs. Crossing into Pennsylvania changes nothing technically, but it does change the travel window on an early call time, so we build setup an hour earlier for anything across the bridge.

A service covers the crew, the private viewing link, and the recording the family keeps. Call and you will get a number the same day, because this is not a moment for a drawn-out quoting process.

+How much does it cost to live stream a funeral?
Call and you will get a number on the phone the same day, because this is not a moment for a drawn-out quoting process. A service covers the crew, the private viewing link, and the recording the family keeps. What moves the price from there is a second camera, graveside coverage as well as the chapel, or a tribute video put together beforehand.
+Can you rewatch a live streamed funeral, and does the family keep a copy?
Yes, and the family gets a copy to keep. This matters more than it sounds. When we surveyed how memorial streaming is sold in New Jersey, every provider we looked at offered a hosted link with an expiry date on it rather than a file, and one of the large national platforms charges separately to download and then expires that download link too. We hand over the recording itself. Relatives find these months later, sometimes years, and it should still be there when they do.
+How does a live stream funeral work, from the family's side?
You do nothing. We arrive early, set up before guests come in, and stay out of the way. The cameras are operated remotely, so nobody is standing in the aisle with a camera on their shoulder. You get a link the day before to forward to whoever you want. The service happens. Afterward we send the recording. That is the whole of it, and the family should not have to think about any of the rest.
+How do people actually get in to watch, and what if they are not good with technology?
One link, no password, no app, nothing to install. It goes out by text and by email the day before so it is not sitting in one person's inbox on the morning. During the service there is a phone number staffed by someone who can help a viewer who cannot get in. This is the failure that actually ruins a virtual viewing. In one documented case families missed a funeral entirely because passwords were handed out on paper, and nobody in this industry writes instructions for a seventy-eight-year-old in another state.
+Do we need permission to live stream a funeral?
The family decides, not the funeral home and not us. If part of the family objects, the usual answer is framing rather than cancelling: the camera looks at the front of the room, not at the mourners, and we can keep the receiving line and the congregation out of shot entirely. We will raise this before the day rather than after. If a celebrant or clergy has a view, it is worth asking them early, because some houses of worship have their own policy.
+Will the music get muted?
Not on our stream. This is the most common thing that goes wrong when a service is put out on Facebook or YouTube, because a funeral home's music licence covers the room and not a recording, and the platforms' copyright systems act automatically. One director reported that around seventy-five percent of the services they streamed had at least one song muted, and copyright strikes have taken funeral home channels offline for a month. We do not stream to public platforms, which is the reason that cannot happen here.
+Can you cover a service on short notice?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours, and sometimes same day. We know how funeral timelines actually work: the family is calling two or three days out, not two weeks. Call as soon as the date is set, even if nothing else is settled, and we will hold the slot and sort the details out after.
+Can you do a small private stream for just a few people?
Yes, and we are asked for this more than you would think. Not every family wants a broadcast. Sometimes it is three or four people who could not travel, and a large public production would feel wrong. The setup is smaller, the crew is smaller, and the price reflects that. Say so when you call.
