AVP.Live

The paperwork behind the promises.

Everything on this page is either a credential with its document on file, or an operating standard our crews are held to and named as ours. Nothing appears here on the strength of a marketing decision, and anything that lapses comes off the page automatically.

Documented credentials

Certifications, licenses, and coverage with third-party documents behind them. Certificates are available on request; procurement teams get copies with the quote.

Dante Level 2 Certified

Document on file

Our technical direction is Dante certified (Level 2), the networking standard professional broadcast audio runs on. Your mics, mixes, and streams ride one managed, monitored network.

Held by Valentine Ries.

FAA Part 107 Certified

Document on file

Every drone flight is planned and flown by an FAA-certified remote pilot, with airspace checks and insurance behind it.

Fully Insured

Document on file

General liability and equipment coverage, with certificates issued to your venue before the event.

Bonded cellular

Document on file

Multiple carriers fused into one uplink. When venue internet fails, the stream doesn't.

Starlink connectivity

Document on file

Satellite backhaul for venues where terrestrial options are weak. Parking-lot fields included.

Operating standards

Not certifications — our own rules, applied on every show. We name them as ours because a standard you hold yourself to is worth stating plainly, and dressing it up as a credential would be the kind of claim this page exists to avoid.

W-9 & COI on request

Procurement-ready. Documents in your inbox the day you ask.

Broadcast engineering review before every show

No show ships without an engineer signing off on the signal path: every input, every backup, every failure point, on paper before load-in. You can ask to see yours.

Redundant streaming architecture

Two encoders, two paths, parallel records. Failure of any single thing is an inconvenience, not an outage.

SDI & NDI workflows

Fluent in both the broadcast plant standard and modern IP video. We match the workflow to the venue instead of forcing ours.

Professional intercom & comms

Director, cameras, replay, and audio on wired and wireless intercom. A broadcast is a conversation. We bring the wire.

For procurement and venues

W-9, certificate of insurance, and a capability statement formatted for RFP files arrive within one business day of asking. Certificates of insurance can name your venue as additional insured.
