School & College Athletics
Your athletics program, broadcast properly.
Your athletes train all year for these games. Your community deserves to see them clearly. AVP.Live produces multi-camera athletics coverage with live switching, replay, scorebugs, and announcer audio, for the games that matter most to your program. Football, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, and more, across New Jersey and the Philadelphia region.
The problems we take off your plate
The automated camera in your gym is fine for what it is. It streams every game, costs little, and parents appreciate it. But you've seen its limits. It loses the ball in traffic. There's no replay when a call decides the game. The score disappears if the tracking drifts. Senior night looks exactly like a Tuesday scrimmage. And when your team makes a championship run, the biggest games in your program's history stream like practice film. Some games deserve more. A produced broadcast follows the play, runs the moment back, keeps the score on screen, names your seniors, and gives your boosters and sponsors real airtime. Not every game. The right games.
What we produce
Every production includes a technical director, operated cameras, a scorebug, program audio, full recording, and a stream watched by an engineer from tip-off to the final whistle.
Championship and playoff coverage
The games your community will talk about for years, produced like they matter.
Senior nights and rivalry games
Player introductions, lineups, and graphics that honor the night.
Marquee regular-season packages
A set number of produced broadcasts per season, scheduled around your biggest matchups.
Tournaments and multi-court events
Wrestling quads, holiday tournaments, and invitationals, scaled to the bracket.
Signing days and athletics ceremonies
Produced and streamed for the families and the record.
What we bring
Cameras
Operated broadcast cameras that follow the play, plus PTZ systems for angles a crew can't stand in.
Switching
A production switcher run by a TD, cutting the game live.
Replay
Instant replay with slow motion, run by a dedicated operator. The buzzer-beater, again.
Graphics
Scorebugs, lineups, senior-night cards, and sponsor graphics, built in your school's colors and logos.
Audio
Announcer positions and headsets, crowd and floor mics, mixed for broadcast.
Connectivity
Bonded cellular and backup encoders, because gym Wi-Fi shared with a full student section is not a plan.
Comms
Professional intercom between director, cameras, and replay.
How we produce it
The owned capability stack behind this work, each documented in depth.
Video Replay
Instant replay with slow motion. The moment, again, from every angle.
Broadcast Graphics
Scorebugs, lower thirds, sponsor cards. Rendered live, on brand.
PTZ Camera Systems
Cameras where crews can't stand, controlled from the switcher.
Event Networking & Connectivity
Bonded connections, backup encoders, parallel records. The show stays on air.
What happens after you request a quote
- 01
Within one business day
A real person replies. Usually faster. No pressure, and no sales calls to your office every week.
- 02
A 15-minute call
We ask about the sport, the venue, and the games you have in mind. You ask us anything.
- 03
The walk-through
Free, at your facility. We map cameras, connectivity, and the announcer position. Useful even if you don't hire us.
- 04
Your plan and fixed price, in writing
Camera plan, graphics package, one number your business office can approve. W-9 and COI included with the paperwork.
- 05
You book the dates
From there, everything on this page is our job. You can stop at any step and keep the plan; that's the point of it.
Why AVP.Live
The part you don't see is the part that matters: before any game, an engineer plans the signal path. Anyone can put a camera in your gym. Engineering is what keeps senior night on the air.
Engineering first
Your automated camera fails quietly and nobody is there to fix it. Our broadcasts ship with a planned signal path, backup connectivity, and an engineer in the building.
We produce, we don't just point cameras
A director, replay, and graphics turn a game into a broadcast your community actually watches to the end.
Prices your business office can work with
One fixed number per game or per package, in writing, with W-9 and COI handled up front. Fully insured.
The sponsor angle most ADs miss
Broadcast graphics carry sponsor cards. Local businesses that buy a banner in your gym will pay for airtime on a produced stream, and booster clubs routinely cover most of a season package by selling it. We build the graphics; your boosters keep the relationships and the revenue.
Know what you're hiring
The automated camera covers volume, and we're not here to talk you out of it. A produced broadcast is a different job, for a different kind of game. Use the auto-camera for Tuesday. Call us for the games your community will remember. And if a game you're pricing honestly doesn't need us, we'll tell you on the first call.
What clients say
5.0 from 14 reviews on Google
Working with AVP has been an absolute pleasure!! We have done 5 events with them so far and the production vaule has gone up everytime. If its the video / production its self or the easy access for all of our fans and customers access to tickets and streams. AVP is a must have for any event in the area
What moves the price
We sell athletics coverage the way schools budget for it: a fixed price per game or per package, in writing, with no surprise line items. What moves the number:
- The sport and the venue: a gym, a field, and a pool plan different cameras and cabling.
- Camera count, and whether the game warrants a dedicated replay operator.
- The graphics package: scorebug and lineups are standard; senior-night cards and sponsor graphics extend it.
- Announcers: positions and headsets for your talent or students.
- Season packages: a set number of produced broadcasts scheduled around your biggest games costs less per game than booking one at a time.
Rates on request. Call (848) 279-9164 and you will get a straight number on the phone, not a form and a follow-up email.
Common questions
+We already have an automated camera system. Why add this?
Keep it. It's the right tool for everyday volume. We're for the eight or ten games a year that deserve real coverage: playoffs, rivalries, senior nights. Most of our school clients run both.
+What does a produced game cost?
A fixed price per game, scaled by sport and camera count. Ask for an exact number for your gym; there are no surprise line items, and W-9 and COI come with the quote.
+Can our students be involved?
Yes, and we like it. Student announcers, camera shadowing, and broadcast-club participation can be built into the plan. Your students learn on broadcast gear with professionals beside them.
+Can you match our school branding?
Always. Scorebugs, lineups, and sponsor graphics are built in your colors and logos before game day, and stay consistent all season.
+Where does the stream go?
Wherever your community already watches: YouTube, your athletics site, or your existing platform. We can also gate a stream if your district requires it.
+Do we get the footage?
Always. Full game recording for your program, plus highlight and recruiting clips as an add-on. Coaches ask for the iso feeds; those are available too.
+Do you handle vendor paperwork?
Yes. Fully insured, W-9 and COI provided with the quote, and we've completed district vendor registration before. Your business office won't have to chase us.
+Do you cover sports beyond football and basketball?
Yes. Wrestling, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, baseball, softball, swimming, track. If your program competes in it, we can broadcast it.
